A quick breakdown of pricing:

• Our full menu of grilled cheese sandwiches: $19 per person

• Side Dishes: $5 to $19 per person (based on your selections)

For high-demand weekends (Friday-Sunday), we have a $3,500 catering minimum. If you’re planning for a weekday (Monday-Thursday), our minimum is $2,500. This includes a $1,000 booking fee, which helps cover the costs of reserving our truck and getting our staff to your event. To make everything clear, I've also attached a sample quote to give you a better picture of our pricing.

2. Receive a Custom Quote: I’ll create a custom quote for you and send it along with a deposit invoice to secure the date.

3. Secure Your Booking: Review the quote, and if it looks good, we’ll lock in the date with a deposit. Need adjustments? I’m here to help.

4. Finalize Details: Once booked, you’ll have up to one month before the event to finalize the headcount, menu, and any service details.
