Cheese Louise started as a college passion project on wheels—and has grown into a full-blown grilled cheese empire with restaurants and a fleet of food trucks traveling across New England.
We’ve catered 400+ weddings and 250+ company events, bringing joy through one universal language: grilled cheese.

Service & Fees
All events are subject to a $950 flat transportation and service fee.
Our team is paid a living wage, so additional gratuity is never expected—only appreciated if they truly went above and beyond.
We have a $2500 minimum for all events. Weekends (Friday-Sunday) between May 1st and October 31st which have a $3500 minimum.
