BOOK OUR
FOOD TRUCKS
Since 2018, our food trucks have traveled around New England, bringing joy through one universal language: grilled cheese.
Our company started as a fleet of food trucks. When we expanded into restaurants, we kept the trucks rolling—because it turns out people were craving something different from traditional catering. Something easy. Something fun. Something seriously delicious. Our food trucks deliver crowd-pleasing eats with options to suit a wide range of dietary needs, all served by a professional and friendly team that knows how to take care of our guests. It’s a catering experience we’re proud of… but don’t just take our word for it. See what some of our past clients have to say below.

Frequently Asked Questions:
-
With regards to gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options, we have 2 great vegetarian sandwiches (The Vermonter and The Godmother on the menu below). For gluten-free and dairy-free guests, we provide both GF bread and vegan cheese. However, because everything is prepared on the same surfaces there is a high risk of some minor cross-contamination. Therefore, we can only offer gluten-friendly and vegan options. If anyone has a serious allergy, we do not recommend they eat at our food truck.
-
Nope! We are a totally self-contained food truck; we have water and generators on board! We also handle our own trash.
-
They sure are! Factored into your already quoted price is everything you and your guests will need to eat the food we offer. No need to make a last-minute trip to the store for paper plates or cups.
-
Nope! You get all the sandwiches for that price, and the guests get to choose which they’d like from our menu when they order.
-
Each guest gets to come up to the truck and order what they’d like, a lot like a normal food truck operation! If you’d like us to serve another way just ask, we might be able to make it work.
-
Our trailers are 12’ wide and 20’ long. Any mostly flat spot big enough for us to park works great!
-
It depends on the event! Most events we serve for about 2 hours, but if you’ve got a lot of mouths to feed, we will certainly stay as long as it takes.
-
We keep on serving til the party is over! Just kidding, we typically won’t start service past 11pm. However, we are certainly known to make exceptions.
-
Oh absolutely! We are totally flexible and can make any changes to the menu 14 days before the event.ption
-
You must pay the $500 deposit to secure your spot on our calendar, and we require the final payment by the end of your event. Yes, you can pay early if you’d like!
-
We do! We offer a full refund on the deposit if canceled 120 days before the date. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund if canceled less than 120 days before the event.
-
Once your deposit is in, no one else can take that date!
A specific date can get snatched up within days, so if you are serious, it’s recommended to be quick. Our May-October calendar typically fills up by April each year.
