Located in the heart of our hometown, this space has brought together members of the community and tourists alike since its opening in June 2024. With 80 seats, this is our biggest restaurant yet, and our only location that offers breakfast.

GENERAL MANAGER
Laura is originally from Massachusetts but fell in love with the valley after spending all of her free time here each year. She moved here and joined Cheese Louise in August of 2025 as the next General Manager at our North Conway location. Laura is eager to uphold the culture and commitment to the community of those who have worked before her. She's also an avid video gamer outside of work; often times dedicating an entire day off to a gaming session!
Favorite Sandwich: The Gobbler! (when it is in season). Godmother otherwise :)

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Lilly joined Cheese Louise in fall 2021 and quickly fell in love with the fast-paced chaos of fair season. She became a shift lead at the Commissary and now works full-time as Assistant General Manager at our North Conway location, often floating to other stores in the winter. When she’s not at work, she’s hanging out with friends, experimenting with bleach tie-dye on Cheese Louise merch, or relaxing at home with her cat, Cowboy.
Favorite Sandwich: Godmother with no tomato, add bacon <3
