Our second location may look small, but it’s our secret weapon for the food trucks. This location is the headquarters of our food truck operation, from weddings in the summer, to the Boston Snowport Holiday Market in the winter.

GENERAL MANAGER

Gianna joined Cheese Louise in 2021, starting with a few shifts and managing the Portland plant wall. She quickly rose from shift lead to Regional Manager, helping launch the Portsmouth location in 2022. Today, she is essential to our company, leading the Portsmouth team, as well as overseeing our Hub Hall and Snowport Holiday Market operations in Boston. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Dara joined Cheese Louise in 2021 at the original MWV commissary and quickly found her groove, eventually running the food truck for a summer. She moved to Portsmouth in 2022 to help launch the new store and now serves as AGM while studying English at UNH. Outside of work, she enjoys video games, thrifting for spooky treasures, and exploring small New England towns.
