Our Dine to Donate program is an extension of our Cheesin’ for a Reason program. This program exists to give a platform and fundraising opportunity to any group that empowers our communities. Read on for details and expectations about this program!

DINE TO
DONATES
Dine to Donates are scheduled on Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 3:00PM-Close.
No Dine-to-Donates can be scheduled during July, August, October, school vacation weeks, or holidays.
Organizations get 10% of revenue from dine-in, takeout, and online orders from 3:00PM-Close on the selected date.
If your organization brings in around 50 people, you can expect around $100!

What you can expect
from us
We will dedicate space in our restaurant for your organization to set up tables to interface with guests about your work and do additional fundraising.
If you provide us with a poster, we will display it in the shop on the day of your Dine to Donate.
If you provide us with a 9x16 graphic (you will be given the link to submit if your date is confirmed), we will post on our Instagram and Facebook stories about your event the day before.
After the event, we will write you a check for 10% of sales from 3-Close! Be advised that you must have someone tabling for the duration of your event to receive this check.
The members of your organization who table will receive a free sandwich!
What we expect
from you
Please find members from your organization to “table” in our shop for the duration of the event. Tabling can include distributing information about your work and additional fundraising efforts like a 50/50 raffle. Tabling is a requirement for all Dine-to-Donates.
If you would like us to post about your event on our social media stories, please provide your own graphic or poster with the following requirements:
Ratio of 9x16 (vertical)
Include your logo and the Cheese Louise Logo
Include the information that your organization will get 10% of sales (both in-person and online) on your selected date, from 3-Close.
Please specify which Cheese Louise location your Dine to Donate is at in your graphic.
Please use your channels to get the word out about the event and drive in business so that we can write you a bigger check! If you bring in ~50 people, you can expect around $100! We highly recommend additional fundraising methods such as 50/50 raffles, silent auctions, or just having a donation jar at your table!
