When the COVID-19 pandemic caused our food truck bookings to be canceled, we decided to open up shop at our food truck prep kitchen: The Commissary. Since 2019, we’ve been serving sandwiches to our day-one local crowd and outdoor enthusiasts venturing along the Kancamangus Highway.
